In 2013 I opened my private practice in Charlotte, NC. I’m a native New Yorker with a love for people and understanding behaviors. I have an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from Adelphi University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida International University. With 20 years of experience in this field I can say it is my mission to help clients find a balance between thoughts and actions to create meaningful changes. I’ve worked in many medical settings and provided counseling, facilitated support groups, educated and advocated for patients.
Guiding clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives gives meaning to my practice. I am passionate about this work and I am confident in my abilities to help you build healthy coping skills, have effective communication and gain insight into your concerns. My approach is non-judgmental and services are catered to your individual needs. I challenge you and support you along the way on this therapeutic and transforming journey.
I stand against racism and discrimination and do not condone violence on anyone due to their race, religion, sexual orientation or gender.
I am an active member of the National Association of Social Workers and partner with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
So many have found their confidence...
She is a true life saver!
I began therapy with Antranique due to postpartum depression, however it took me a while to actually voice that I was struggling. After building the courage to voice it, I was immediately met with empathy and support which sealed the deal for me and I knew it was a safe space (as someone with major trust issues). I thought our therapeutic work would be a quick fix, but thankfully it turned into working through deeply buried childhood traumas, anxiety, learning new coping skills/ways to navigate life, marriage challenges, identifying and overcoming triggers, setting boundaries, and the list goes on. Having the consistent support from Antranique while overcoming so many uncomfortable life experiences and still being held accountable to my part in the problem (s) has been transformative. She is a true life saver!
